Return & Refund Policy

1. Easy Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy, here’s what you can do:

2. Return Timeframe

  •  Returns or refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Reach out immediately for damaged, incorrect, or missing item

3. Return Eligibility

  • Honey Products: Must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Meat and Perishables: Refunds are available if items are spoiled, damaged, or mispacked on delivery

  • We cannot accept returns of opened honey jars or perishable meat unless they are fault

4. Refund Process

•    Once approved, we’ll initiate the refund within 3 business days
•    Refunds will be processed via your original payment method
•    Bank refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account

5. Exchange & Redelivery

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge once we verify the issue. Please provide photos or descriptions for faster processing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

•    Contact us with order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos if applicable
•    Return unopened items in their original packaging, using the provided return label (if applicable)
