Shipping, Cancellation & Terms of Service

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Kerala through our Liaravas Life Point stores and trusted logistics partners.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

•    Orders placed before 2 PM are processed on the same day.
•    Orders after 2 PM or on holidays are processed the next working day

3. Delivery Methods & Charges

•    Standard Delivery: ₹50
•    Free Delivery: On orders above ₹1,000
•    Express Delivery (where applicable): ₹100
•    Local Pickup: Free from select Life Point stores

4. Estimated Delivery Time

•    Standard: 2–5 business days
•    Express/Local Pickup: 1–2 business days

5. Installation or Contact Requirements

•    No installation is required for any of our products.
•    For perishable items (e.g., meat), customer presence is required at delivery time. Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

7. Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Report within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt

  • Provide: Order number, photos/videos, and packaging condition

  • We will:

    • Arrange a free replacement, or

    • Process a full refund within 3 business days

8. Liability

While we aim for timely, safe delivery, Liaravas is not liable for courier delays or mishandling once the shipment is dispatched. However, we will help resolve any claims fairly.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch, especially for perishable items.

2. Cancellation by Liaravas

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • Incomplete payment or address information

In such cases, customers will be informed and fully refunded.

1. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically ensure acceptance. Liaravas reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure payment gateways.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, images, and website materials are the intellectual property of Liaravas and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

4. Product Use Disclaimer

Our honey and meat products are natural and perishable. They should be used as per storage and consumption instructions. We do not guarantee medical outcomes from herbal honey products.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liaravas is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Allergic reactions or misuse of the products

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved under the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to courts in Kerala. We encourage contacting our customer support for resolution before legal proceedings.

7. Policy Updates

These policies may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
